Here is the section where those of you that aren’t interested in beauty, will find the most interesting.  First off, here is a basic question.  Can you at least name 5 Korean companies?  If your answer is no, then through the list you will see below, you will find that you actually know or have seen quite a number of them throughout your life. 

So here is the list:

So there comes this rhetorical question where you wonder “where do Asians ever come up with all these ideas?” Well here are a few inventions that you will find conventional, amusing, or just plain strange.

The Jelly Click, “inflatable mouse”.  It is a portable mouse that you can just blow up and it’s ready to use.  The designers of this invention are Bongkun Shin, Heungkyo Seo, Jiwoong Hwang and Wooteik Lim.

The “Ultra-Mobile PC”, it is a Korean made prototype for a mobile computer.  It has a 4.8 inch screen and the keyboard is split on to either side of the screen so it’s like hold it like a handheld game.

Mdrive “Waterproof USB”, the name is self explanatory, so you don’t have to worry about losing all your files after getting it immersed in water.

Do you ever feel agitated when the wires of your ipod player, or headset gets tanged or getting it accidentally tugged off?  Well, with the “Wire button” you don’t have to worry about that anymore.  This “button” will attach to any of your shirt buttons so it will hold it in place and you can say goodbye to mishaps.

“Retro CD Player”, this CD player is designed to look like one of those back in the day, and yes, it does work.
